This is a classic Parisian beauty. Huge windows, high ceilings, comfortable beds and a truly charming view in a beautiful neighborhood. There are two bedrooms, a kitchen and bathroom. You can walk just about anywhere from the apartment, and the Eiffel Tower is a stone's throw away. I'm happy to provide tips and suggestions as well! This apartment is truly beautiful, though it is small! My guests often comment on how quiet it is and how well located it is. The courtyard is set away from the street so you won't hear the traffic in the mornings. There is a preschool behind the building and the children play outside later in the mornings. Most of our guests find this charming. The apartment is equipped with a cooking range, toaster, coffee maker, washing machine, iron and blow dryer. There are two full sized beds and a convertible sofa. There is no A/C but the apartment gets an incredible cross breeze. The neighborhood has many grocery stores, restaurants and bars as well as a Starbucks (in case of coffee emergency). I live in the neighborhood and can help with transportation and can even stock the refrigerator based on your budget. The whole apartment. I tend to have as much interaction with my guests as they like. Occasionally I am traveling but more often than not I'm just up the road. I adore my neighborhood. The Eiffel Tower is close as is the Seine and several museums. There are train stations between 5 and 10 minutes away walking and there is a bus that passes the Louvre just 50 meters from the front gate. There are trains and buses all within 5 to 10 minutes walking. The apartment is beautiful, I love my home. It is small. Suitable for 4 people, max.
